Kay Lilley has been in the exercise business for 27 years. Starting as an exercise/circuit/step teacher in the late 1980's and constantly updating her skills to progress to personal trainer in the 1990's, BWY teacher since 2000, Sports Massage 2008 and a 5 yr Osteopath degree graduating from the London School of Osteopath in 2012.
Kay has been practicing Meditation and Mindfulness for 20 years at Dzong Samye Ling, London and is currently undertaking ongoing training modules with the Mindfulness Association to gain a qualification equal to a degree to teach Mindfulness.
She passed the Foundation course and Mindfulness module in 2015 and is currently taking the Compassion course.
Kay is very interested, keeping up to date, in the latest orthopaedic medical research often going to lectures with top surgeons for CPD and she also has much regard for Eastern Philosophy.
Kay uniquely draws from all this knowledge to bring you an East/West,
Left brained/ Right brained approach. Steering away from a polarised view Kay prefers to see Osteopathy as both a Science and an Art. Her studies are from both side of these disciplines.
