Kay Lilley has been in the exercise business for 30 years.
Starting as an exercise/circuit/step teacher in the late 1980's and constantly updating her skills to progress to personal trainer in the 1990's, BWY teacher since 2000, Sports Massage 2008 and a 5 yr Osteopath degree graduating from the London School of Osteopath in 2012.
Kay has been practicing Meditation and Mindfulness for 20 years at Dzong Samye Ling, London and is qualified to teach Mindfulness by the Mindfulness Association .
Kay teaches IST days for the British Wheel of Yoga..
Kay through CPD keeps up to date in the latest orthopaedic medical research going to lectures with Neuro and Orthopaedic surgeons and she also has much regard for Eastern Philosophy and Meditation.
Kay uniquely draws from all this knowledge to bring you an East/West, Left brained/ Right brained approach.
